I would definitely recommend Sherlock Homes and I will be purchasing my next property from them. As an investor I need a finished home that was ready to have a tenant. With some contract building companies, I was told a price, but then realised that so many things were not included. I was about to give up until I walked into inspect one of Sherlock Homes show homes. It was well designed, well finished and I could see they used quality materials. They also found me a tenant and put off settlement until right before the tenant was able to move in. You definitely can’t beat the service or professionalism of Sherlock Homes.
